Working as part of our Investigating ash health genomics after long-term ash dieback exposure project team, Cas’ main research project focused on analysing genetic data from ash trees, and developing a set of tools that could identify useful genetic markers, check for duplicated samples, and estimate how certain types of genetic changes occur.
