CFP Symposium

Centre for Forest Protection teams and other interested researchers got together to exchange ideas and hear updates about the Centre.

On 28th February we had our annual symposium with a chance for Centre for Forest Protection researchers to talk about their projects with the rest of the team and other interested scientists from Forest Research and Kew.

Our Education team gave an update on their plans and our three interns presented their projects, then our project teams gave flash presentations before an informal poster session.

We also had a chance to brainstorm threats and opportunities in forest protection and hear about future research planning.

We were lucky to be hosted by Kew at Cambridge Cottage – a fantastic venue on the edge of the gardens.
